“By commissioning "Rays," Kwall Barack Nadeau aims to create a welcoming environment for clients and passersby alike. We hope this artwork serves as a reminder that the law is not just a series of rules but a living, breathing entity that evolves with the people it protects”.

“The most important lesson I have learned along my journey is that there are adolescents, people, and someone out there who connect to my art and have experienced my story and memories of growing up in two cultures. But most importantly, just keep working hard and keep chasing your dreams and before you know it your dream will become your reality. That is my biggest lesson. I never expected myself to ever be able to become an artist and even a muralist. I am grateful everyday to be able to do what I love doing.

I specialize in creating vibrant, cute, whimsical, and fun hand-painted murals and artworks. My inspiration comes from the natural environment, community, and heritage. Childhood decor elements such as sparkles and retro flowers play a big part in creating my playful murals. I also enjoy involving young community members in community-based art mural projects. My paintings draw from incorporating diverse and universal symbolism to produce a mural that tells a story.
